A warm welcome awaits you at this friendly Highland lodge overlooking Loch Ness. Traditional wood panelling, high cornice ceilings and open log fires all help to create a special ambience. The Craigdarroch Inn is run by Martin and Elinor Donnelly and their small team of friendly and helpful staff, who will endeavour to make your stay an enjoyable and relaxing break.
The inn is open every day from 11am to 11pm with food served daily from 12 noon to 2pm and 6pm to 8.30pm. Our beer garden offers magnificent views over Loch Ness.

Last year saw the installation of a new ETA 90kW biomass system at The Craigdarroch Inn that provides all the inn's hot water and heating. The boiler is run with woodchip provided from local sustainable forestry. Martin purchases all wood locally and chips it on-site. It is an interesting system to see so, if you are keen to see biomass in action, do ask Martin or Elinor to show you the workings of the system. All bedrooms and bathrooms have centrally heated radiators with manual thermostat controls, thus ensuring our guests can adjust the temperature in their rooms to suit their own needs.
Please get in touch if you have any questions about our biomass heating system.
